* Gateway massage is a cutting-edge style of natural therapy which combines 10+ years of experience in massage, martial arts and counselling to promote, maintain and improve health and well-being. Gateway Therapy is a synthesis of Eastern and Western massage. Gateway Therapy involves stretching, kneading, manipulation and massaging to stimulate the body to become and/or remain healthy. While Western massage techniques tend to focus on relaxing the client, the goal of Gateway Therapy is to  re-balance the physical structure of the body and psychological functioning of the mind. Gateway’s foundation is within Taiji (Tai Chi) which strengthens weaker muscles while relaxing tighter, inflexible ones. This foundation is rarely found in any other style of massage.
